Chapter 01
Attic and roof ventilation
A roof without enough airflow cooks itself from underneath. Heat and moisture sit in the attic, and the signs show up where you can see them: upper rooms that stay hot in summer, moisture stains on attic surfaces, mold or mildew, warped decking, peeling paint on exterior walls, shingles that age early, and cooling bills higher than they should be.
BXC evaluates the ventilation you have now, then balances intake against exhaust. The work covers ridge vents, soffit vent systems, turbine ventilators, gable vents and powered attic fans, whether that means a new system or repairs to the one already on the house.
Ventilation can ride along with a replacement. One Google reviewer's job was a full roof replacement with new gutters and improved attic venting in a single project. The estimate is free and the same day.

Roof deck repair
The deck is the foundation under every shingle. When it goes soft, the whole system above it is compromised. Watch for a roofline that sags or dips, water stains on ceilings, spongy spots underfoot, daylight showing through the roof boards, cracked or split decking and a musty smell in the attic.
BXC replaces rotted or deteriorated decking, restores water-damaged plywood, reinforces a sagging deck, repairs storm damage and runs a structural assessment so you know what the roof is sitting on before anything new goes down on top of it.
The repair is done before the underlayment and roofing go on, so the new system sits on solid ground. The work falls under the warranty BXC puts on all of its services.
Chapter 03
Inspections and maintenance
An inspection looks at shingle condition and wear patterns, flashing around chimneys and vents, gutters and drainage, any sagging, ventilation performance and signs of leaks or moisture. People ask for one when shingles go missing, stains appear on a ceiling, the roof nears 15 to 20 years, after severe weather, or before buying or selling a property.
BXC provides a detailed inspection report with photographic evidence and clear recommendations, and says plainly it will not hand you repair suggestions you do not need. The inspection and the estimate cost nothing and happen the same day.
Maintenance is the follow-through: debris and gutter cleaning, flashing and seal checks, minor repairs spotted early, shingle replacement as needed and leak detection. Routine care also helps keep warranty requirements met and catches storm damage early.
Waterproofing and roof coatings
Water finds a roof long before it shows on a ceiling. Stains, a musty attic, mold or mildew, blistering paint, standing water on a flat surface and cracked flashing all point to a barrier that has stopped working.
BXC installs waterproof membranes, applies coatings, seals penetrations and flashing, waterproofs decks and balconies, and sets up preventative treatments. Coatings come in silicone, acrylic, elastomeric, polyurethane and reflective systems. A coating suits a roof that shows its age but does not need replacing yet, or a commercial roof that needs updated weather protection.
Before choosing, the crew checks the roof's condition and recommends the coating that fits it, so you are not sold a system the surface cannot hold.
Soffit installation and repair
The soffit closes the underside of the eave and feeds air to the attic. When it rots, cracks or pulls away from the fascia, water and pests get in and ventilation suffers. Peeling paint, water stains on exterior walls, sagging or warped panels and mold on the panels are the usual signs.
New soffit goes in as aluminum or vinyl, vented or non-vented, with custom color matching and complete fascia integration. Repairs deal with rot, pest damage and weather wear and restore the soffit so the attic can breathe again.
The same crew handles the ventilation work above, so soffit vents and the rest of the airflow system get set up as one plan.
Vapor barrier installation
Moisture moves through a building quietly. Musty crawl spaces or attics, visible mold, water stains, condensation on windows or pipes, warped wood, peeling paint and energy bills that keep climbing all trace back to it.
BXC installs vapor barriers on new construction and on existing buildings with moisture trouble. The crew assesses the property, explains the options and gives you upfront pricing with no hidden fees, backed by the roofing and repair warranty.
